Our History

Every creative business has a unique history and
Moxie CCA is no exception…

Mike Schrader began working in television and film in 1979. He produced programs on a wide range of topics – everything from nuclear weapons production to the legendary Pikes Peak Hill Climb. As a freelance producer, Mike helped create television programs, broadcast news stories, and strategic corporate communications for many of the nation's top organizations including: ESPN, ESPN 2, NBC News, MTV, CBS News, America's Most Wanted, The Today Show, Dateline, and many others.

In 1995, Mike joined BVP Media as Executive Vice President for Production and Creative Director. While at BVP, Mike managed creative teams for clients such as: DIRECTV, AT&T, GMAC Commercial Mortgage, Universal Technical Institute, Lucent Technologies, CoBank, Corporate Express, Qwest, CSG, and Johns Manville.

In 2003, Mike acquired the BVP Media business and, along with the talented creative team from BVP formed an exciting new venture: Moxie Media Group. Moxie Media Group quickly established itself as a premier media production organization, serving clients nationwide.

In 2011, Moxie evolved to meet a growing customer demand for strategic, integrated communications campaigns. This evolution let to an exciting rebranding adventure, a new corporate mission and a new name: Moxie Creative Communications Agency (Moxie CCA).

Today, the Moxie CCA team creates award winning communications campaigns for our clients. Our services include development of the creative concept and continue on through design, production and delivery, utilizing high definition video, the latest interactive technologies and innovative print design.

It’s been a great ride. We’re having a lot of fun.
